Munchie 's Gourmet's was founded by Maurice Nobles. The brain child of a childhood nickname "Munchie" and a love for creating original cuisine sparked his interest in venturing into the culinary realm. Munchie's is a family business, Maurice created the business after leaving the movie theater and realizing the popcorn at the local theater was very limited in its selection. Working in mortgages and business for over a decade he decided to apply the skills learned professionally to a product where he saw an immediate need.
